NM&A was the first European law firm allowed to establish a representative office in Vietnam in 1993. Since then, NM&A has become a well recognized firm within the business community.
Today, in cooperation with Vietnamese law firms, we advise a wide range of international companies as well as the Vietnamese authorities with respect to regulations concerning various aspects of foreign investments in the country.
