The law firm was established in Casablanca in 1996 by Said Benjelloun and his wife Houria Abouakil who are both Attorneys-at-law at the Casablanca Bar Association since 1987.
They became approved by the Supreme Court of Morocco in 2000.
After around 10 seniority years with CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (which is one of the main European and French law firms) where Anis Mahfoud has been, as a Senior Lawyer Manager, in charge of the Moroccan tax and legal matters and since 2004, in charge of the Libyan market development; Anis Mahfoud joined AB LAW FIRM & PARTNERS in 2009 and became partner on 2011.
