Denmark, the southernmost of the Nordic Countries, is home to many multinational companies, among them Lego, Bang & Olufsen and Carlsberg. Several large industries are also located in or near the city of Odense, such as Odense Steel Shipyard, Denmark’s biggest shipyard owned by the A.P. Møller-Maersk Group. 

 

Thanks to the construction of the Great Belt Bridge, the second longest suspension bridge in the world, Copenhagen can now be reached from Odense in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
